Privacy policy

The core pattern workflow runs locally. This policy separates what stays in your browser from the limited information that production hosting, analytics, advertising or feedback may process.

Patterns and files

Pattern colors, thread order, named patterns and tracker progress are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not uploaded to our server by the generator. JSON and PNG exports are created on your device and downloaded at your request.

No account

The tool does not require registration and does not maintain a cloud pattern library. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing or changing devices may remove local patterns. Download JSON backups for anything you want to keep.

Hosting and measurement

The production site may use Cloudflare for hosting, security and privacy-oriented traffic measurement. Like most web infrastructure, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamps for delivery and abuse prevention.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and limit ads. Consent controls will be shown where required. Advertising is separate from your locally stored pattern data.

Optional feedback

If a feedback form is enabled and you choose to submit it, the rating, message and any optional contact information are sent to the feedback service for moderation. A comment is displayed publicly only when the submission flow says it may be published and it is approved; pattern files are not attached automatically.

External sources

Links to loom manufacturers, learning material or other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can use the core tool without an account, decline non-essential cookies where the consent control offers that choice, remove saved patterns by clearing site data, and contact us about a privacy request.

Contact

Use the contact page for privacy questions. The production address is shown there after the permanent domain is configured.
